Full log home restoration
Blast, stain, seal and chink, handled by one crew from the first walkthrough to the final walk around. The prep decides how long the finish lasts, so we do not rush it.
Log homes are not like other homes. We blast, stain, seal and chink them for a living, so they stay tight and protected through mountain winters.

We do not build new. We restore the home you already own, and protect it so the next round is smaller than the last one.

We strip old, failing finish and gray weathered wood back to clean logs, so new stain soaks in and holds instead of sitting on top and peeling.

Stain and sealant applied on properly prepped wood, in the right weather, to protect your logs from sun, snow and water.
We seal the joints between logs to stop drafts, moisture and pests, including the bats and insects that get into the peaks.

Cedar and wood siding gets the same care: cleaned, prepped and refinished so the color comes back and stays.

We carry Perma-Chink product samples, so you can see stain colors and finishes on real logs before you choose.
You will know what we are doing, why we are doing it, and what it costs before anyone touches your home.

Most contractors will take a log home job. We grew up in them. The difference shows up two years later, in whether the finish is still holding.

Dillon is on the job, not behind a desk. Our name is on every home we finish.
Anyone can spray stain. We spend the time on blasting and masking, because that is what makes it last.
We tell you plainly what your logs need and what they do not, and you see the price in writing before we start.
